Q. It’s been 3 days now, why has my order not yet arrived?
We send orders out for delivery Monday to Friday 9AM – 4PM. Your order is being processed through Royal Mail as we speak and will be delivered tomorrow or the next day according to your status on their website. Would you like me to re-send you the link to the live tracking page?.
Q. Is kamagra safe to use?
Kamagra 100mg tablets are very safe to use with problems such as ED other known as Erectile Dysfunction. Kamagra tablets contain the same active ingredient as Viagra® “Sildenafil Citrate”.
Q. How long does it take to get a full refund?
For a full refund it takes around 3-5 working days for the transaction to be completed by the merchant and banks. We have no control on the time frame for refunds, however once discussed we refund the same day..
Q. What happens if i miss my order?
If your order has been delivered and there is no one in the address to sign for the parcel, the postman from Royal Mail will simply leave a calling card with further instructions on how to collect your parcel. If you ordered with a net day delivery option your parcel should normally be re-delivered the day after the first attempt, however, if you placed an order with a standard delivery option it’s more than likely you would need to bring some I.D to your local post office to collect it.
Q. If i order on a Friday, when will i receive my order?
If you place an order on a Friday your items will be posted before 3pm just like any other working day. However, if you require your parcel to arrive on a Saturday then this is not guaranteed but most orders are likely to be posted depending on your desired delivery location.
Q. How do i return a damaged or wrong items?
It is very unlikely you would need to return an item as we take good care in packaging all orders and all of our Kamagra tablets are 100% genuine as we receive them directly via the official manufactures. However if for any reason you would like to return an item back to us, please read carefully on our returns policy here.
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, We deliver to other countries with a fixed fee of £8.50. We can not send items to the two following countries due to the import restrictions: United States and Australia.
